In fact, I am FREEZING!! Last night I just could not get warm, and ended up gettng up and barfing up all of dinner. Today I was freezing and feeling nauseous again. I hope I'm not coming down with something. I'm also exhausted.
No breakfast this morning since I had my PATs. I packed a PB and banana sandwich and some cottage cheese to eat between the PATs and the doctors appointment. The sandwich was good, but I was choking down the cottage cheese and couldn' t finish it. Lunch was leftover salmon and a big salad, and again I couldn't finish, and nothing really excited me. PM snack was a yummy apple, and 2 pieces of cheese that I love but wasn't crazy about today. Weird. I just ate a slice of pizza for dinner, nothing else. I couldn't stant the thought of a salad or anything.
I didn't get to the gym, since the morning was tied up with testing and doctors, and by the time I got home this afternoon I was already feeling a bit punky. Now I can hardly keep my eyes open, so i'm going to bed
