So I hopped up on the scale again this morning, and it still shows just a one pound loss. OK, so it's a start, right?
I took some stool softeners this AM and it helped a little. Hopefully this will take care of THAT problem!I had an egg on toast for breakfast, my usual yogurt for snack. Lunch was a Lean Cuisine Chicken Fried Rice. I rated it a C--won't get that again! Had an apple for the afternoon snack, and for dinner it was "Taco Tuesday", but I made a taco salad instead, and just a small piece of the bread from last night.
For some reason right now I feel like I am either a) hungry or b) having a bit of indigestion. Not sure which.I went to the gym today and did .3 miles on the treadmill, and 11 minutes on the elliptical. Tomorrow I go up to .35 miles and 12 minutes. Baby steps!The weather has been beautiful here the past 2 days--mid 60s in January in NJ!! If it would stay like this, I could walk outside instead of at the gym!
