OK, so I'm down another 1.1 pounds. Not alot, but it's going in the right direction! I had really hoped it would be more, but I'll live with it (like I have a choice!)
Today was crazy hectic. I went to the gym before breakfast (NOT a good idea...) I was very stiff and sore, so I did the treadmill .45 miles, but skipped the elliptical. Went home and had breakfast, and then was off and running. I never got a morning snack. Lunch was WW Swedish Meatballs at 1:30. No afternoon snack either. We ended up going out to dinner, and I again had the wonderful Toscano Salad (mixed greens, Craisins, pears, and goat cheese) but I forgot to get the grilled chicken on it! DUH! So I came home and had some cottage cheese for the protein. I WILL have my PM snack for sure. I got in all my water too.
We leave tomorrow moring at 5:15 for Canyon Ranch. Not thrilled about the early wakeup, but I can't wait to go!! I have already packed my breakfast (the wonderful peanut butter and banana on Honey Flax bread) and an apple for my snack. I will bring one water bottle, get some OJ on the train for breakfast, and get a 2nd water bottle there also. Lunch will be at Canyon Ranch--can't wait to see the great stuff they have!
Hopefully, my weight loss next week will be a little more dramatic. BTW, when we were at dinner, I got up to pay, and some other people's food had come out and was on the counter. I looked at it and all I could think was YUCK!! It looked totally gross! I asked Deb--is it just me, or does that look totally gross? She said it was me. Hmmmm, that's a good thing, right??
